Reliance Foundation has handed over 25 electric buses and an EV charging station to TTD, boosting green mobility in Tirumala.
The buses were flagged off by AP CM N. Chandrababu Naidu, providing cleaner transport for millions of pilgrims.

Reliance Foundation has handed over 25 electric buses and a dedicated EV charging station to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), supporting cleaner transportation for pilgrims visiting Tirumala.
The buses were formally flagged off by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu at Tirumala. The initiative follows a commitment made by Anant Ambani in June 2026 to support TTD’s transition towards sustainable mobility.
The new electric fleet, supported by Reliance Foundation and Jio-bp, is expected to reduce dependence on conventional fuel-powered vehicles while strengthening TTD’s green mobility infrastructure.
